Suggested Use
How to take creatine:
Stir – Just mix in a glass of water.
Shake: Cover and shake until well mixed.
Take 1 serving (1 scoop) immediately after exercise with 8 oz. of cold water. If you are not exercising that day, take your serving in the morning when you wake up. As with any creatine product, maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Read the entire label and follow the instructions before using the product.
