HOW LONG DOES PRE-WORKOUT LAST?

The amino acids arginine and citrulline are also commonly used in pre-workouts for their ability to increase plasma nitric oxide levels, this contributes to the pump sensation. Research has shown arginine and citrulline to reach peak plasma levels about an hour after consumption. [3,4].
